Good to back in the heart of Chamonix Positive: Excellent heating

Happy for the location but everything else wasn’t great Positive: The location was good. They did communicate well with us and let us check in early Negative: The bed sheet situation was really weird. I did not like how there weren’t sheets on the bed and we had to make it ourselves. I also don’t think that the comforter was cleaned prior to us staying there. The bathroom was also not cleaned thoroughly.

Positive: Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et bien placé avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Negative: Nous n’avons pas eu accès au parking intérieur ni au parking extérieur. Les badges ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons donc appelé le numéro mais aucune solution nous a été proposé car les propriétaires n’étaient pas sur place. Dommage car nous avions prit ce logement essentiellement pour le parking. Nous avions mit le prix.
